First of all, Nathan found us a house that was a little out of our search parameters, but it ended up being amazingly perfect. Next, was selling our old house. He gave us good advice on how to prepare, and then jumped into action and went above and beyond what we expected. Nate was great to work with! Overall, it was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Well-organized process, attention to details, timely follow ups, valuable insights into real estate market. He was so knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend him to anyone interested.
Nate was great!!! He was very informative and honest. Made the stress of buying a house very tolerable. Showed me and my wife probably 100 houses and was very patient. The next house we buy I am going to have Nate the great by my side. During the whole process never did I feel like just another commission.
