This guy "Nathan" is a vulture. Not 2 full days after the loss of a family member, he's calling you, trying to buy the property. This guy and other entities like this are absolutely ridiculous. Even if I was interested in selling the property, this is the type of person I would not deal with. Absolutely disgusting business practice.
Extremely knowledgeable in land sales, very easy to work with. Nate, Max, and staff are the best.
