I called to get help for a family member and they said that they never received a letter from the doctor and never responded back to me. I have never had a problem before but this time I did and that's why I am giving this a one out of five.
This place is the best. Even when the staff are tired they have a smile for you. They let you do things you are able and offer assist with things that you might nerd a little help with. I'm still only 58, change bed clothes, shower on my own, hand wash my clothes. Starting morning light sit down yoga. Is a nursing home really the right place for me? I've become stronger and stable. This group of people are the best. I can't imagine better care and compassion for not only the patient but also the caregiver.
