Jacob Bollinger is AMAZING in his field. Calling the doctor’s office is never easy for the patient or the facility. However whenever I call Nathan’s medical group and Heather answers the calls, you would never believe she was under immense pressure. She is an absolute delight, professional and extremely helpful. In my opinion should be receiving the highest commensurate for what she does.
