Been going to Nate' s for several years now and one thing you can always count on, delicious food!!! The chicken and sausage gumbo is a must have!!! The friendly wait staff make this place even more incredible. Love Nate's!!!
Food was fine. Service could’ve been more attentive. I didn’t realized that I have someone else’s card on my possession until I have to make a purchase 30 minutes later. When I called back to the restaurant, they didn’t do anything about it beside telling me that they charged my card on the right tab and stating that “it happens often.” Anyways, I have to call chase to cancel my credit card and make a report about her debit card in my possession. Thanks for the inconvenience.
Great Cajun food! Many choices. Fun place! Entertainment some nights. Busy bar scene.

I was misinformed about the menu pricing with what I had ordered.. I ordered a side of rice dressing and that was very bland.. once I received ticket I notified the manager about the situation.. Nothing was still done.. Very poor customer service and management skills..
I rated this experience as a 5 due to the amazing customer service provided by the waitstaff. My boyfriend and I drove from Ft. Worth to eat here for a late afternoon excursion. We wanted steak, and was surprised to find they had a variety of seafood dishes here as well. We never heard of Nate's and wanted to give it a try.
