Loved the fried shrimp and oysters. Shrimp was fried to perfection. Wife had broiled crab cake, she said it was very good. Thinking Gaidos in Galveston has competition in north Texas.

The red beans and rice were bland, need some smoke and seasoning. My husband's Steak Landry and dirty rice was tender, sauced to perfection, but 1/3 fat and gristle. The gumbo was also greasy and salty. My broiled seafood platter and the fried appetizer were amazingly good, however, so was the local beer. The wait staff is very polite and attentive, and the manager was very kind about the steak. It is very busy and noisy, but there is valet parking, and we plan on coming back for more delicious seafood!
