I have been waiting on my Stihl string trimmer to be repaired for atleast 5 years now. I checked on it weekly for the first few years and finally gave up on ever seeing it again.
Took in my power washer end of June. Told a week in a half for repair and it was no where near that. After a month and two weeks I got one voicemail saying they are getting parts in. I requested six callbacks and never received any. Asked for owner and stated he was unavailable every time. Finally I just picked up my unit and it was very poor condition. Still ripped apart, dirty and pump put in a ziplock bag. If you need repairs done I’d look elsewhere.
Great service and fair prices of pickup and delivery since I didn’t have a way to get my tractor to them. They even changed my blades and cleaned it up. Dropped it off and started with ease after replacing the starter.
very fast friendly service.
Used them a number of times always out standing work and you get it back when they say. They have good hrs also.
