Best experience! I’m usually pretty good with blood draws and it was just so easy to carry on a conversation with the lady who was taking my blood didn’t even know anything happened!
Michelle took excellent care of me today. She was friendly and very informative. She was very comforting when I got sick after the blood draw as well.
I was apprehensive at first because of all the billing complaints but overall I had no issues. Check in and blood draw was easy and fast. Do not trust your doctors when they say Natera tests are “covered”. This is deceptive. Only your insurance company can tell you whether it’s covered. I did just that prior to going to the clinic and the price my insurance told me over the phone is what Natera billed me for. $130. But again you need to verify with your insurance company first.
