Trisha was, beyond words, amazing. UC health had turned me away for my genetic testing and she made sure they were able to get my blood samples done and completed. Then, I had issues with the Natera portal and she was incredible with helping me through that. My husband, then had to go in for his genetic testing and the order was being pokey - she made sure to help with every aspect, until we got it working. While navigating a nightmare of a healthcare system, Tricia was so helpful from getting my lab orders sent over from my out of state doctor and helping find the location nearest me to getting the blood draw efficiently and with pleasant conversation. She even directed me toward how to find out more info about billing. If your doctor recommends bloodwork through Natera, Tricia is amazing!
