The wife and I finally decided to get a house to call home. Our experience with Nate Shelly was nothing but easy. His communication skills are without a doubt, the best we have experienced. Nate has been so amazing to work with especially for someone like us who are new to navigating the home buying experience. He is very responsive and patient in answering our questions. Very accomodating too. He works around our schedule just so things can be done efficiently. He can squeeze us in tight schedules so we can see houses that have offers due the same afternoon.
