Nate Shelly is everything you hope for in a realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes (how they were built, nuances, etc.), always available regardless of time of day, and always optimistic when searching for a home. He became a friend throughout the process. I can’t recommend Nate enough if you are looking to sell or buy a home!
