I interviewed a few realtors about my house before selling. Nate had the most realistic and hopeful plan for my situation out of the 3 and he followed through. He was honest throughout the process and kept me informed. When I was in a tough spot, he stepped in with suggestions or a contact that might help. It took longer than expected to sell but that was because of the market, not Nate. I would highly recommend him as your next realtor.
