To this day natco has done nothing about their after hours service to improve customer experience. I have had an issue all weekend and haven't had any help from natco. You can message their Facebook but the response time is abhorrent. I'll probably be settling my loans and finding another bank source. I can no longer use atms... and no one ever wants to help.
Getting to talk to a loan officer is next to impossible. The girls who answer the phone are rude and have a "I don't care" kind of attitude. I wanted go in and talk to someone about a car loan but they could not tell me when to come in. Both branches aare a disorganized . mess. It amazes me that when I wanted to speak to someone last week nobody had time. Now that I've made a public stink everyone suddenly has time. Not the way to do busines, guys.
Bank with them since 1984 in the old local 919 Union Hall great service always
