Friendly staff... when you actually make contact with them. The call center is a step in the right direction but the phone system itself seems to be quite unstable. Many times in the past and again today the phones are down. Unacceptable in any kind of business.
Love my bank but they never answer the phones!!!! Ever i have to call 5 times in a row before i get anybody on the line
Patrice is the best. I have been with Natco for 20+ years and don't plan on leaving!
