My personal experience with the clinic has been acceptable, which is why I felt comfortable recommending it to a friend in need of support. Unfortunately, her interaction with Miss Rose was deeply discouraging. The dismissive and overall rude attitude she encountered made her feel unwelcome and ultimately prevented her from seeking the help she reached out for. This is hands-down one of the worst places I’ve ever been. It took me three hours to get my first appointment then they rescheduled me the following appointment. I get there after taking off work just to be told that the counselor wasn’t in today. They was at another clinic. The receptionist lady is beyond rude and unprofessional.
These people are extremely rude, they close for any reason, I were to receive my sublocade injection, and they cancel, I'm a recovering addict, I've been clean of drugs for nearly 6 months, but I feel this clinic is trying to force me back into addiction......
They had no interest in helping me with adjusting my medications instead they threw me into NA meetings. Not only that but they tried forcing religion down my throat as part of my treatment, im an atheist and did not appreciate that. I told them it had been 2 years since i last received a medication adjustment, they pushed my psychoanalysis back two months. Im at my breaking point.
