I had a great experience at Natchez Toyota. Brett Oubre has a great team. He referred me to Miranda Jones who found the perfect Camry for me. She sent some pictures and contacted me the following day for a test drive. I lov d the car and by noon was signed, sealed and delivered. Thanks Miranda for taking care of me.
Part 2) Even with the warranty they refused to fix it. I asked for a trade-In an a roll over to the vehicle I had but they still refuse. My 3 kids and I have to now walk and beg people for rides when here I am paying $402 for a vehicle that's not in my possession. I think some of the employees shows favoritism towards people also.
This is the worse dealership ever. I purchased a vehicle in September 2021,it lasted for 10 mths before the Shift Lever went out & even with the warranty they refused to repair it. It's been 2 months & my truck has been sitting in the same spot since July. They expect me to continue paying a note with no vehicle.
