Dana was sent out to repair our air conditioner and clean up the mess from a previous service call. After surveying the job and evaluating what was done before he zeroed in on the problems and fixed them correctly. As a plus he completely cleaned the outside compressor cabinet and coils of leaves and debris leaving it looking and performing like new. We’ve used AirTech since 2013 for everything from checkups and filter replacements to installation of a 5-ton furnace and coil plus replacing all the ductwork in a two-story home. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and tidy. All the staff in the office and in the field are great. This is a company that we’ll stick with, for sure.

When you have a problem with you AC system, the first thing you desire is to have the system serviced in an expedient manor(as fast as possible in a hot Texas climate). Next day service was absolutely fantastic. Your tech, Mark *****, was familiar with and knowledgeable of my system; which is slightly old. Ashley in the office, will do everything to get you serviced asap. Rick an AC Tech is extremely knowledgeable and respectful with you and your property. I've been using Air Tech for several years I've never been disappointed. I trust them with my AC needs with good tech and fair prices.

My AC went out and I needed a new system. Daniel came out and gave a bid on the spot. I accepted and he had a new system the same day complete about 7:30pm.

Michelle was very polite and timely when she responded to my call concerning a possible gas leak in our new furnace. Dana spent the necessary time to diagnose and fix the problem. I could not ask for a better experience.
