Elliot was very professional in appearance and in attitude. He was very conscience of our privacy and made us feel comfortable with what he was going to do as far as troubleshooting our issues. Prior to his inspection he asked he if we want to know specifically what our issues were or did we want to know anything that was wrong that he may find during his inspection even if unrelated to the current issue we were having.
