I love Dr Ikbal and she’s an incredible Doctor but ever since her practice was acquired by Seton the staff has become rude in their email communication and dismissive. Their office has given me incorrect information on prescription access multiple times in regards to my insurance coverage and it’s been leaving me frustrated and untrusting of the staff. I’ve been seeing her for over 7 years and one pregnancy but I don’t think I can put up with this anymore.
Only giving it 1 star, because they told me they cannot get me in as new patient as she only takes new patients who are pregnant. I would love to establish care early in my journey with pregnancy so i can find myself more confident with new Dr while i am pregnant. She was one my PC recommended but unfortunately i will have to find someone else or may be wait till i conceive.
Love Dr Ikbal, and Ascension is the best! Great care! Highly recommend!!!
