I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter who had a first time consultation appointment at 12:15pm today. At 1:15, she was still waiting to be seen. No one took the time to explain that there was a long wait due to an extenuating circumstance! No expiration or apology extended. I called the office at 1:08 and spoke to someone at the call center. I asked to be connected to the receptionist at the office and was denied access. The very understanding call center representative proceeded to explain this is not acceptable... read more
