I went in for a visit on a Friday for a check of my lungs for congestion. The doctor told me she would call in a prescription for an anti-biotic to relieve the build up. On Monday, I called the pharmacy for the prescription but nothing was called in. I ended up calling her office up until Tuesday the next week (four times) before I got it. I was very discouraged considering the health crisis we're in at the present time. I have COPD, it could have been bad for me.

I had an appointment about having sleep apnea MONTHS ago. The doctor was supposed to call me to schedule some sleep testing and never did. I also can never reach anyone on the phone number listed on the website. This is disappointing because sleep apnea is a serious issue and can be deadly if untreated so it’s irresponsible of the staff to not reach out or respond to calls concerning the matter.

Love love Dr.Lamming-Lee she is very attentive and understanding. She’s the only doctor that has got my asthma under control, have nothing but the upmost respect for her. BUT THAT STAFF Ian and the young lady who acts as if you made her apply for the job is TERRIBLE !!!!!! In order to get a request fulfilled you have to call multiple times, then when they finally answer their very nasty. I love Dr Lee Dr.Lee is very knowledgeable and a pleasant person.She pinpointed my problem right away and put me on oxygen.I. would recommend her .
