I had such a great experience with Dr. Kadakia! She’s truly a wonderful doctor — kind, smart, and really listens to you. You can tell she actually cares about her patients and takes the time to understand what’s going on. She’s not cold or arrogant like some doctors can be — she’s super down-to-earth and easy to talk to. The front desk staff were also amazing — really friendly and helpful. And the nurse was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Honestly, I’m so glad I found her as a doctor. Highly recommend!
I do not know about this doctor herself, I’m sure she is great. But the one star is for the reception staff at this location. The most rude person I have ever encountered at a medical institution - and I have been to LOTS! I had an appointment on Tuesday, I found out I needed to reschedule due to work, on Friday.
