I would give zero stars to Dr. Natarajan Ravi. He was rude, heartless, and extremely disrespectful to both me and my mother, who was his patient at Albany Medical Center. I reported his behavior to Albany Medical Center Patient Relations last Friday and was assured he would no longer be involved in my mother’s care. How this Doctor got his license is beyond me!!! Does not care about his patients. Does not listen. Horrible !!!
Absolutely horrible. He didnt' care about my well being in any way at all. All he cared about was my insurance and whether or not he would be making enough money from me. If anyone receives him, immediately ask for another doctor. As soon as he dropped me as a patient, I started receiving the care I needed, and everything changed, and I could start getting better. I've never been treated this poorly by someone in any professional field. He should not even have a job here.
