I recently purchased the "deep cleaning" service. Apparently their understanding of deep cleaning needs to corrected, even the most basic cleaning tasks weren't completed. My kitchen floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not mopped. They didn't bother moving small furniture such as end tables or kids chairs to clean behind them. No one bothered to clean beneath the couches or beds. They even missed the toilet in the basement.
