This is a horrible service. I missed 2 appointments due to a death in the family.Well they denied me access to any more of their services because of two missed appointments. They told me to write a letter to appeal it and what I would do change it so it wouldn't happen again. I DID EXACTLY THAT AND INCLUDED REFRENCES. THEY STILL DENIED ME SETVICES. THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF SRE ALL TRASH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
Jamie Casten was disappointing. Called to cancel our session that same morning because “daughter had something at school.” Never followed up after that.
Do not make an appointment with Elizabeth Goodchild: She shouldn't have a job there.
