Jamie Casten was disappointing. Called to cancel our session that same morning because “daughter had something at school.” Never followed up after that.
Do not make an appointment with Elizabeth Goodchild: She shouldn't have a job there.
I am a doctoral student and i was referred to them for psychological testing. The communication from their team was very poor, my concerns were not considered, and I was scheduled with a provider who was not even trained in the testing I was requesting. Overall unethical business practices, and not client-centered. As fellow psychology professionals, you guys should be ashamed.
