Not talking about the prices,or how rude was this person when she blocked me from calls before my weedding,and forced me to call her from my fiancee's cellphone.....but I am talking about professionalism at work . I’m so grateful to Natalie’s Prestige for making my wedding absolutely beautiful! Natalie was professional, on time, and so easy to work with. The flowers and décor were stunning — I received so many compliments from guests. Everything was elegant and thoughtfully done. She truly brought my vision to life and made the day feel magical. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend. Hired her in 2019, paid her the deposit and a few months later, Covid hit & we weren’t (legally) allowed to proceed with our wedding. She ignored me for months and then refused to give our deposit back.
I would not recommend this vendor to anyone who values communication or professionalism. We booked with her back in September of 2024, and after I sent back the signed contract, we didn’t hear from her again until April 1st, 2025, when I emailed to introduce our wedding planner. From the beginning, it was nearly impossible to get clear answers to even basic questions.
