I'm not sure who the lady was at the counter but she was just down right rude!!sour face all puckered up, didn't say hi, told us to wait... immediately put a bad taste in our mouths. NOT what I would expect from a southern restaurant. The food is mediocre. I used to eat at Natalie's years ago when she was lower Main and it was one of my favorite spots.
