Went in as I had not been feeling well and thought perhaps needed to adjust birth control. Received a $750 bill in the mail for this visit when I was only referred to a neurologist for Past migraines even though I hadn’t had any for several months. She didn’t really address my symptoms but rather sent me for testing that cost me another $260. No follow up and luckily I just started feeling better on my own.
Dr bulock recently cared for me throughout my pregnancy and delivered my baby. I am very happy with the care I received, she was very knowledgeable, she listened to me and was very personable. I felt so comfortable with her. The staff at both offices are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Bulock.
