Natalie was warm, friendly and efficient. Her answers to my questions were straightforward. And she seems to love what she does. I even asked if she could become my Primary Care Provider. Too bad for me - and other patients - she couldn't. She's an excellent caregiver. UPDATE as of 9/2/2025 Again, Natalie offered warm, friendly and efficient service for a complaint about back pain. Natalie was very thorough and I came away feeling reassured.
FNP, Natalie Sevem, was wonderful. She took time to get to know me and my health. She had genuine probing questions that allowed her to understand the medical symptoms I described. She provided me with sound, realistic and helpful advice to improve my health. In addition she was professional, kind and created a welcoming space where I felt heard and understood.
