This nail salon is my favorite. So much so I scheduled a party of 15 for my step daughter's wedding. These ladies busted their butts to take care of all of us. They did it with a smile and they did an amazing job for everyone. We had one unhappy person in our group who I'm not related to and that was because she was being impatient. When she left every single employee in the salon apologized to me multiple times and I assured each of them they did nothing wrong. I was part of that party of 15 for the wedding. All the people there did a great job. There was a lot of us there all getting nails and toes. They hustled, and they were kind. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for me. My nails still look great! Thanks Natalie Nails! I will definitely be going back. Ignore the negative review. She had no reason to be impatient with a group that large.
My granddaughter was getting married this weekend and her stepmom made a reservation letting them know a party of 15 would be coming in at 3pm on Saturday. When I arrived I was taken to a nail station where I was seated. I spent 45 minutes sitting there and no one ever came to do my nails. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional! So after 45 minutes of being ignored I got up and left! I would not to recommend this place as they are rude and obviously understaffed!
