My nails are so ahh they didn’t give me what I really asked for there were fly everywhere and they were so nonchalant about it?? The people who work there tho are super nice and kind. Good pedicure though.
They did an excellent job on my manicure, pedicure, and brows! Highly recommend!
I wanted to try Natalie nails for a while to see Sarah just to try it out. But every time they pick up the phone they keep saying Sarah is busy and doesn’t do normal nails cut only acrylic nails which I don’t want. And Sarah is never available!
I do not recommend. My daughter went in for acrylic nails and was quoted $55, but they ended up overcharging her by $30, claiming she got acrylic plus — something she never asked for. They also charged an extra $5 for long nails, yet cut her wedding finger nail noticeably shorter than the rest. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable. The staff spoke in their own language the entire time, and she felt like they were making fun of her. Disappointing — we won’t be returning.
