I went for a wellness visit, which my insurance covers.They overbooked-waited two hours, had to stand-not enough seating.had to park down the road-there's not enough parking spaces.In my visit I talked about a problem(thought that's what you do in a visit).She gave a prescription(just in case)and then I got $100 bill in the mail.Come to find out just because they gave me the prescription they said I no longer came in for a wellness visit and charged me-a problem visit.say bye to 6 life customers
Dr. Mondary is an excellent doctor. She makes you feels extremely comfortable. She is very efficient and gets you in and out as quickly as possible, but still answers all of your questions and addresses your concerns. The nurses and medical staff are also great! Office staff could be improved, but I've seen worse. She was my gyno for several years and my ob when I got pregnant, so I've seen her a lot. All 3 doctors in practice are great!
I just left their office after sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and being told my appointment was canceled. This is the second appointment in a row that they canceled. They refused to let me see another physician in which they have three so I am finding another gynecologist. When you do call to make an appointment they are scheduling out several months so it's hard to get in anyway today I felt the staff was very rude.
Dr. Mondary is extremely personable and a delight to visit. She makes you comfortable and throughly explains everything in a way you can understand. She goes above and beyond my expectations of a general OB/GYN.
Being a first time patient with an OBGYN doctor, I was extremely nervous. I chose Dr. Mondary because of all the high responses and feedback she has gotten. The appointment came and I met Dr. Mondary and she took all my nervousness away by how friendly and easy-going she is. I didn't feel uncomfortable anymore and would highly recommend her to anyone.
