The doctor or doctors may be wonderful but we won’t be making it that far due to the lady named Heather who answered the phone this morning who was absolutely rude! You don’t approach people that way when all they’re trying to do is find out information bc insurance assigned that specific doctor as a PCP. So if the actual management or doctor reads this, do something about Heather or I can guarantee you you’ll have no new patients.
Everyone is so nice, pleasant, professional and efficient. They make you comfortable and the wait times aren't lengthy.
