The office sends out an e-mail to confirm your appointment. The e-mail contains a non working phone number. It takes some research to find a working number. Elderly people will have a real problem getting this info. the correct number has a meessage that states "The office is now closed". I tried to notify management about this issue but they will not respond. Terrible situation for patients.
