I couldn't breathe through my nose and kept being referred for 'allergies'. Turns out I had almost total cartilage collapse in my nose after a failed septoplasty two years prior. Dr. Krane pretty much reconstructed my entire nose with donor cartilage. I'm less than 6 months post op and would give 10/5 stars if I could. Dr Krane is incredible! She fixed my deviated septum and I can safely say that I have never breathed so well in my life. She is very good at what she does. Loved my experience and outcome.

Dr. Krane is an incredible human being, She’s upbeat, energetic, and clearly loves her work. She deconstructed and reassembled my nose, and not only can I finally breathe right, but it looks as good as it did before.
What's not to rave about? A professional who so clearly loves her work is bound to be upbeat, friendly, and attentive. Dr. Krane communicates and explains with utter clarity that put this patient completely at ease. That's all good, but is she professionally competent? You bet she is! My post-surgical mended scalp has never looked better. No complications, a textbook recovery. Dr. Krane gets SIX stars out of five from me.
