Dr. Natalie Keane is an exceptional surgeon with great bedside manner, a true Midwestern work ethic, and competence. I trust her with my life and beyond. I couldn't breathe through my nose and kept being referred for 'allergies'. Turns out I had almost total cartilage collapse in my nose after a failed septoplasty two years prior. Dr. Krane pretty much reconstructed my entire nose with donor cartilage. I'm less than 6 months post op and would give 10/5 stars if I could. I didn't know breathing was supposed to be this easy, and nobody can even tell I had surgery (my mom even approves!). Absolutely world class service.
