Natalie Koziupa is a great APN! She is both thoughtful and caring! She is thorough and has a been great asset regarding my overall health care. The office is well run and always responsive to requests via phone or the portal! I recommend her!
Natalie Koziupa has shown lack of care and respect towards me on numerous occasions. Almost every month, with multiple reminders and calls to the office, she does not send approvals for my prescription on time. This leaves me without my required medication sometimes for multiple days. This negligence and unprofessionalism has been a continuous problem, and I would not recommend her to anyone I care about.
