The staff was kind, and the facility was clean. However, I had significant issues during my visit. I waited over 30 minutes for the doctor, who came across as arrogant, cocky, and dismissive, acting as if she was above everyone else. When she entered, she asked if I was sick. I mentioned I only had a cough and was told to wear a mask, which she laughed off, saying it was to protect her daughter. I loved Dr Natalie George, is rear to find Young Drs with compassion now a days. Takes enough time with with you. As a new patient I noticed she read my chart and new everything about me
As a new mom, I was nervous for my first physical after giving birth. Dr. Natalie is so thoughtful and asked all the right questions to arrive at my care plan. She genuinely listens and provides great tips I can use in my day to day life to be healthier. Highly recommend!!
