Had a very frustrating experience with this primary care office. I scheduled a telehealth appointment for both myself at 3:40 PM and then 4 for my wife, and made sure to take time away from my job so I could attend the appointment. I waited in the app as instructed, but by 4:00 PM no one had joined the visit. Instead of joining the appointment, the office suddenly called me AFTER the scheduled time had already passed just to tell me that if I wanted a full blood work panel it would require an in-person visit. Dr. Natalie Jorge listens carefully and pay close attention to details. She makes me feel heard and understood. I always feel confident and comfortable with the care I receive. It’s hard to find nowadays a doctor who really cares.
I had my first appointment with this office today. I have been searching for years to find the right primary for my care. I felt seen and heard! This was a wonderful experience. The entire office is attentive and friendly. I wasn’t rushed through my appointment. My appointment was on time and the communication through the process was outstanding.
Dr. Jorge Rodriguez is a true professional that see her patients as people and not as customers. I am very grateful to her for the work she has done with me and my family. Truly the best doctor I had ever been with. Thank you for all you do Dr. Jorge!
