I normally don’t write negative reviews because I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this experience truly shocked me. I had a virtual visit on 10/5/25 after losing my voice. The physician I spoke with was kind, professional, and documented everything — he recommended I return to work on 10/13/25 and said if Sedgwick (my job’s leave system) needed forms, I could call back and another provider could help while he was on leave.
