I wouldn't have given one star if it wasn't required in order to post a review. Today, June 12th, I had an appt. with this office at 1:30. Which I had made 2-3 months prior. I was going to be a new patient. I called the office at 12:15 to inform them that I was stuck in traffic, did I need to reschedule? The receptionist rudely stated you have a 15 minutes grace period.
