New patient. Was tricked into making an appointment for a teledoc vide call and also an in person visit two weeks apart. The office did not inform me that teledoc was optional but insisted it was part of the new patient process. They charged me $300 for a 5 min video call. All concerns could have been addressed in the in person visit two weeks later (which I ended up cancelling due to incompetence of the front office).
