Not good. The way she treats her patients she has never had a kidney stone. Very uncaring.
I had a very poor encounter with Dr. Esparza, and I highly caution against seeing her. She spent less than two minutes with me before recommending that I have a procedure done, with absolutely no explanation as to the condition she suspected or why it required surgery. I left feeling completely baffled. She hardly asked about my symptoms, didn't explain any part of the physical exam that she was performing (very sensitive for a pelvic exam), and didn't provide any information about the tests she was ordering or how I will he... read more
She's refused to treat me because I wouldn't agree to surgery. Clearly there were other options that were available before deciding on surgery. She also did a poor job at removing my previous stent. I was forced to lay down while she shoved the kidney stent removal device into my body. I'm terrified of her and her practice.
Did not help or give me a clue as to what possible problems are. Prescribed medication that cannot be taken with 2 of my current meds. After first pill, passed out and fell, did serious damage to my neck.
Staff was rude upon arrival. Took an hour and a half to see her. Only for her to try and rush me out of there. Did not provide any insight to what was going on. Everything she told me, I could have just googled. Did not listen to what I had to say or offer any real solutions. Instead just told me to take some medication and come see her in two weeks. No explanation for anything. Everything I asked her ended with a " I am not sure" or "I don't know"
Long wait,bad bedside manner. Did not explain results of test was abrupt. Staff was rude, bad experience.
Saw her months ago and her office keeps sending me letters saying I have all sorts of conditions and wanting me to come in for a medical procedure. What a crook, solicita unnecessary procedures that could harm her patients to generate more business. Very disappointed they keep harassing me after I made it clear I do not want her medical advice. I urge you to seek care elsewhere.
Gentle, thoughtful, considerate, thorough, and pleasant is how I find Dr Exparza, completely contrary to the review I read. No wait. Pleasant office. Terrific nurse. Couldn't ask for better.
Awful bedside manners. Did not answer questions and just wanted to to make money over unnecessary procedures. AVOID at all costs.
