Not a good choice at Kaiser. The last time I was in to see Nurse Practitioner Talley (acting as my primary care "physician") I had brought with me a little post-it note with some health notes to myself on it. When Nurse Talley saw it, she said 'We can only talk about one thing today, so let me know what that is.' SO rude. What if my other concern was something like I was having trouble breathing? Truly awful. One of the worst so-called “care” providers I’ve ever encountered. She can’t even bother to respond to questions, her notes are completely inaccurate and not at all reflective of what was discussed, and honestly she seems really judgmental. Just an abysmal experience with her. There are soooo many wonderful doctors and practitioners at Kaiser. Do yourself a favor and do NOT see this one. What a disgrace.
