WARNING. DO NOT USE NATALIE CAIN!!. This lady is RUDE, UNTRAINED, and MEAN! Never in my life have I dealt with someone so unprofessional. I’ve always heard terrible things about State Farm agents in Huntsville, but this lady put its it over the top. When trying to resolve an issue, it took her over a week to respond to my email and phone call. I had no car insurance for 6 days and had to park my car because I could not get in touch with her.
