Awful experience. I’m surprised reviews have been removed from this dental place. Had crowns recommended and things went hell since then. 10 years later.. I have other dentist asking me.. how can someone do this!
Went to get a filling, however had to redo it 3 times within two weeks period, as it kept coming off. It then became infected and I had to get a root canal. It was so upsetting. Sure! they have a good customer service, but I don't go to dentist for customer service. After the experience, I sent them an email about my experience and told them that I wouldn't be coming back. Still, they sent me emails and messages for months if not years, reminding me that it's time to come in for check up. I am now very very cautious when I h... read more

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for about 3 years now or more. So far the experience has always been good or pleasant. This time I’d say I am disappointed that I’d like to switch dentists. They are extremely quick to communicate when it comes to modes of payment or appointment bookings. However they lack communicating the major information when it comes to switching hygienists.
