Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

I've been a patient of Dr. Doyle's for many years and have been pleased with her as a doctor. However, when I call the office to make an appointment, I expect to speak with someone. I always get the voice mail and my phone calls only get returned about a third of the time. I am tired of leaving messages and not having my phone call returned. It is easier to get an appointment if I drive over there to make it, but I live 20 miles outside of town. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left
