I want to start by saying this was partly my fault. My appointment was at 12:35 and I arrived at 12:47. I let her know about an hour in advance that I was running late, but that timing was on me. I understand she may have been rushing because of that. That said, from the start the service didn’t feel right. The scraping/handling around my lashes was very rough and honestly painful. I recently moved to the area and was looking for someone I could trust with my brows — Natalia exceeded every expectation. I had my brows laminated and they turned out beautifully. Her studio is clean, calming, and so welcoming. I’m a few weeks out and my brows still look full, polished, and effortless. I’m officially a regular. Initially loved my results for about a week but my lashes have been breaking off and there are kinks in them :( they unfortunately look a bit over processed

Natalia Wolf is the sweetest & best brow/lash tech in OC! She is so good at what she does and listens to what I want. I got a keratin lash lift and tint and a brow lamination and I love the results — now I feel like I don't need to wear any makeup! Thanks Natalia!
