On January 25th, 2020 at approximately 10:30 am my boyfriend and I got a facial at Natalia Salon and Spa. Both of our upper back and shoulders were massaged. Later on that day, that same area started to get itchy on his back. The next day he woke up to his shoulders and upper back COVERED in a rash.
