My doctor retired and his office referred me here. I was told they were not taking any patients with controlled substances. I'm an engineer in his 50's with a xanax prescription for anxiety - a true menace to society, I guess. Probably a good thing anyway, I did want to put some distance between me and Texas Health (a true menace to society...)

Having a chronic illness for the past 11 years, I have left many exam rooms in tears due to feeling dismissed, unheard, & unimportant. I cried tears of joy at my first appointment with Dr. Palacio because I had FINALLY found someone who saw that I was in crisis, truly heard me, had genuine concern for my well being, and assured me I would get the help I needed. HIGHLY recommend.

When I called to make my appointment. Mrs Sonya was amazing. She was very precise. Told me what I could expect. When I arrived to the office, It was clean and staff was very friendly. Dr Natalia is amazing. She took time with me and didn't rush anything. Griselda the nurse was professional and kind. She got my blood on the first attempt. That does not happen often.
