I’m so pleased that I decided to become Dr Palacio’s patient. She just took an urgent call from me and picked up immediately. I’ve never had another Dr do that. She’s thorough and caring. I highly recommend her.
My doctor retired and his office referred me here. I was told they were not taking any patients with controlled substances. I'm an engineer in his 50's with a xanax prescription for anxiety - a true menace to society, I guess. Probably a good thing anyway, I did want to put some distance between me and Texas Health (a true menace to society...)

Having a chronic illness for the past 11 years, I have left many exam rooms in tears due to feeling dismissed, unheard, & unimportant. I cried tears of joy at my first appointment with Dr. Palacio because I had FINALLY found someone who saw that I was in crisis, truly heard me, had genuine concern for my well being, and assured me I would get the help I needed. HIGHLY recommend.
