She really makes you feel like she cares for you as a person versus just another patient moving through the office.
My first visit to this office was very pleasant. Dr. Klett and All of the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I am happy to have found this office.
Dr. Klett and her staff are great! I feel like I'm being heard and she's never in a rush during my visit. She answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Klett.
This is a First Class and well run organization. Dr. Klett was informative, a great listener, and her follow up was excellent.
Did not appreciate Dr Klett’s approach during our appointment. I had booked an appointment to discuss my hormones, but was scheduled for just a yearly checkup. When I tried to discuss this, Dr Klett said I would need to make another appointment. She did agree to discussing my hormones, but advised I would need to reschedule for the checkup. She spent less than 15 minutes on this discussion and did not appreciate my questions, was very short with me.
