I spent $40 for a follow up appointment to receive results from my MRIs and was not given any information due to missing report from imaging location. Was promised a call that day from Dr Kayloe but never heard back. I had to facilitate the MRI reports being sent to her office myself and follow up with the office 4 days after my appointment to receive results and any acknowledgment whatsoever. When Dr Kayloe finally called back I was not even offered a simple apology for the wait nor an explanation of my MRI in any detail. A... read more

We had the privilege of meeting Dr Kayloe in 2021 after a year of rounds with other Drs unable to explain my husband's symptoms. Dr Kayloe correctly diagnosed him within that 1st visit, and set him on a path to care that has largely given him his life back. His rare neuromuscular disease had an unusual presentation and falls into only 10% of cases manifesting like this, yet she knew what it was and how to treat it right away. She is also personable, respectful, and really listens. Thank you, Dr Kayloe. I should add that she ... read more

I saw Dr. Fishman after discharge from the hospital for a severe headache with visual changes. He hardly made eye contact, did not examine me, just read the hospital report on the computer. This doctor also questioned how I knew a medical word I used explaining my symptoms. I am a retired Nurse I told him, which outwardly annoyed him.He said I had a migraine, placed a pill under my tongue, and left the room. Returned after 10 min, stated 'I looked better', gave me samples of this medication, and told me to follow up with my ... read more

I went to Dr. Fishman many years ago and was diagnosed with MS. He was my saving grace. He always gave me the best advice. I went through many different drugs during my time with him. He will always be the best in my book,

Dr.Kahloe spent only 15 minutes with me during my initial visit. Her Nurse Practitioner spent about an hour, and this is NOT the worst part of the experience. I asked to receive my diagnosis in person from the PhD who did Neuropsychiatric Testing. They ignored that request and gave me my upsetting diagnosis via telephone. The never followed up with me either about my reaction to the diagnosis and to offer support or to check if I was following their recommendations. In fact, there has been no follow up.
