I have been going for therapy with Natalia for a little over 2 yrs, my mama passed and I felt weak, stressed & overwhelmed, my therapy started and I have come along way, stronger, less stress I know how to get myself thru a panic moment, my therapy includes mediation this has helped me tremendously, I've had problems with my husband and I've learned to take care of me first, Natalia makes me feel comfortable, welcomed & heard my meds are taken less frequent now, I've used all that I've learned & will continue to see her
